Effective 3/12/2025 the Dumpster has been moved from the Felicity Maintenance Building on Neville St. to 981 Hopewell Rd., which is around the corner at the Franklin Township Maintenance Building (same location as the recycling dumpster).
The only change is the location, all other rules and requirements remain the same.
